The COVID-19 Global Rheumatology Alliance operates rheum-covid.org as an informational, scholarly, and historical community resource. This website is not a clinical-care service or an emergency contact channel. Please do not submit protected health information, medical records, or other sensitive health details through this website or by email.
Information we collect
- Email subscriptions: If you choose to join one of our mailing lists, the email address you enter is sent directly to Mailchimp and used to provide Alliance or survey-related updates. The subscription forms do not ask for names, diagnoses, or health information.
- Routine technical data: Our hosting, security, caching, and statistics services may process information such as IP address, browser and device type, requested URL, referring page, and date and time. We use this information to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and understand use of the website.
Services used by this website
The site is hosted by DreamHost and uses WordPress. Automattic services, including Jetpack and WordPress.com content delivery, may provide security, uptime monitoring, performance, media delivery, and aggregate traffic statistics. Mailchimp processes mailing-list subscriptions. Some pages may include YouTube videos, Google-powered translation, or links to third-party research and publication services. Those providers process data under their own privacy terms when their services are used.
